I won a trip to Las Vegas or a cash alternative and chose to book the holiday!! I can’t believe I actually won the competition and me and my Partner watched the live draw in disbelief! However, the team contacted us immediately and the customer service has been amazing ever since!
We couldn’t actually make the dates stated for the trip and the team has been incredible in finding alternatives dates for us, as we did want to book the trip where possible! We have now had our booking confirmation through and cannot wait for the holiday!
When I first saw the competition I was definitely dubious and never thought I would win however, I couldn’t recommend entering the competition enough! We have told all our friends and family who have already entered/are planning to enter and we will definitely be buying more tickets for future competitions!! Thanks to everyone at Quality Time!!

I won the acqua di Parma perfume set…

I won the acqua di Parma perfume set last week and it arrived yesterday. I think I entered about 4 times for 99p so I was buzzing to win! Customer service on email have been fab too and very friendly. I enter every week now hoping eventually to win a holiday!

I have been participating in these competitions for a few weeks now. They are great prizes and often voted for by the customers in a poll. I couldn’t believe it when I won the choice of a holiday to santorini or 1.5k last night. I received an email straight after the draw with communication about which prize option I would prefer and have received my prize today. Excellent competition site, prizes and communication. We won the 4 night 5* trip to Dubai and…

We won the 4 night 5* trip to Dubai and the very next morning was asked for passport details and first choice on the dates provided, and everything executed within the day and confirmations sent! Superb comms and effort! So much so we entered the following week for the 2 night Spa break and got lucky again… once again communication was faultless! Now aiming for 3 wins on the bounce… fingers crossed!! Brilliant set up.

I was lucky enough to win the Polar Ice Bath. I had the option to choose between the ice bath or the cash alternative, and I went with the cash. They sent it right away with no delays!
