I won a Ski Holiday Trip which I received an email letting me know I had won. I opted for the cash alternative. Communication was great and money was received within 24 hours.

This was my first time entering and I won an amazing trip to the Maldives or £7000 by buying two tickets . 
I chose the money and a day later the money was put in my account .

Wow! I won the trip to Lapland or the cash alternative! I couldn’t believe it! I’ve been entering on and off for a few months and was so surprised when I saw the email from them! I had missed the live stream this time so came as an incredible surprise. I chose to take the cash. Communication was amazing and money was in my account a couple of days later. We won the 4 night 5* trip to Dubai and the very next morning was asked for passport details and first choice on the dates provided, and everything executed within the day and confirmations sent! Superb comms and effort! So much so we entered the following week for the 2 night Spa break and got lucky again… once again communication was faultless! Now aiming for 3 wins on the bounce… fingers crossed!! Brilliant set up.

I won a trip to Las Vegas or a cash alternative and chose to book the holiday!! I can’t believe I actually won the competition and me and my Partner watched the live draw in disbelief! However, the team contacted us immediately and the customer service has been amazing ever since!
We couldn’t actually make the dates stated for the trip and the team has been incredible in finding alternatives dates for us, as we did want to book the trip where possible! We have now had our booking confirmation through and cannot wait for the holiday!
When I first saw the competition I was definitely dubious and never thought I would win however, I couldn’t recommend entering the competition enough!
