I won the acqua di Parma perfume set last week and it arrived yesterday. I think I entered about 4 times for 99p so I was buzzing to win! Customer service on email have been fab too and very friendly. I enter every week now hoping eventually to win a holiday!

Superb comms and effort! So much so we entered the following week for the 2 night Spa break and got lucky again… once again communication was faultless! I won a trip to Las Vegas or a cash alternative and chose to book the holiday!! I can’t believe I actually won the competition and me and my Partner watched the live draw in disbelief! However, the team contacted us immediately and the customer service has been amazing ever since!
We couldn’t actually make the dates stated for the trip and the team has been incredible in finding alternatives dates for us, as we did want to book the trip where possible! We have now had our booking confirmation through and cannot wait for the holiday!
When I first saw the competition I was definitely dubious and never thought I would win however, I couldn’t recommend entering the competition enough! I have been participating in these competitions for a few weeks now. They are great prizes and often voted for by the customers in a poll. I couldn’t believe it when I won the choice of a holiday to santorini or 1.5k last night.
